Okavanga Delta, Botswana. While trying to find Hippos the guides find a Python resting under a bush. They tell all of us to climb up the tree while they poke it with a long stick, the python ( about 6 foot ) slithers away. The guides then go mad running in every direction including behind their clients shouting "Run Away!, Run Away!". Myself and Danny the Aussie stayed on the ground and watched the snake slither past us to rest under another bush. See story 'When Pythons Attack!, Botswana' on African Stories page.
